Steph is our in-house Registered Nutritionist with over four years of experience in nutrition coaching. She holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster. Steph has worked with athletes and individuals seeking lifestyle improvements, combining private practice with roles in private healthcare and health tech, where she focused on behavior-driven diet and lifestyle interventions. Her specialties include sports nutrition, weight management, plant-based nutrition, and gut health, and she continually expands her expertise to provide the best possible care.
As an adaptive CrossFit athlete competing at an amateur level in pairs and team events, Steph brings firsthand experience in fueling for a demanding and diverse sport. This personal journey has greatly shaped her approach to nutrition coaching, enabling her to understand the challenges her clients face and tailor strategies to meet their unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Steph enjoys traveling, hiking, being a proud dog mum, cooking plant-based meals, and discovering new plant-based restaurants and eateries.
