Dave Adkins

Dave Adkins

Chartered Physiotherapist

Dave is our Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. He has been working in the physiotherapy industry for 9 years and has a wealth of experience. He is fully qualified and Chartered. His experience spans from paediatrics at great Ormond street hospital where he spent 3 years as a physiotherapy assistant to working in NHS hospitals around Essex adult orthopaedic, stroke, and respiratory wards. He has been specialising in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injuries for the past 3 years both in the NHS and privately.

Dave enjoys participating in many sports at an amateur which has been a great asset to his professional career as a physio. His main passion is football which he has played since he was a young boy but also spends time weight lifting, boxing and doing some body weight training.

Outside of sport and exercise Dave enjoys travelling. He is passionate about raising money for charity which he has done a lot of this year (2018) which have included Prostate UK and Mind.

Chris Coldicott

Chris Coldicott

Physiotherapist
Chris is one of our specialist MSK physiotherapists. He has been a qualified physiotherapist since 2016 and is currently completing a masters in Advanced Musculoskeletal Assessment and Practice at the University of Essex. 
 
Chris is currently the Service Operational Lead for an MSK Physio service in the NHS and has experience treating a range of injuries. He also has experience working for Arsenal FC and West Ham United FC academy teams. 
 
Chris has a specialist interest in shoulder and elbow injuries and is passionate about helping people return from these injuries. He has a close working relationship with an orthopaedic consultant and has completed various courses related to the shoulder.

Charlie Robinson

Charlie Robinson

Sports Therapist
Charlie recently qualified from the University of Hertfordshire obtaining a first-class honours degree in Sports Therapy. Throughout his time studying, he completed a season-long placement at Milton Keynes Dons Football Club working alongside the first team during a successful season reaching the play-offs. He has also completed a placement at Southend United Football club and worked within the Universities injury clinic treating a wide range of injuries and conditions. Charlie will soon be completing a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy to further develop his practice. 
 
Charlie has a particular interest in assessing and treating sporting injuries, however thoroughly enjoys treating a wide range of conditions.  
 
Outside of work Charlie enjoys regularly attending the gym and staying physically fit through running and cycling. He also thoroughly enjoys going out for dinner and loves a holiday in the sun.

Jamie Baker

Jamie Baker

Physiotherapist
Jamie has been working as a qualified and chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapist since completing his masters degree at the University of Essex in 2019. Prior to this he spent 4 years working as a physiotherapy assistant, with much of his time during this period spent supporting patients with their rehabilitation in a gym based setting.
 
Jamie has experience of assessing and treating various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries within the NHS over the last few years, working closely with patients towards achieving their goals and beyond.
 
Away from physiotherapy, Jamie enjoys playing and following football, spending time with friends and family, and travelling.

Margaret Adkins

Administrator
Margaret is our fantastic administrator. She is also Dave’s mother. Margaret is an integral part of our team as she ensures everything runs smoothly.
She spends part of the year in Fuerteventura in her holiday home and part of the year in the UK. Despite enjoying all year round sun she still manages to get time to keep on top of her admin duties between relaxing on a sunbed by the pool or enjoy her coastal walks.
Margaret also enjoys staying active and attends a Zumba class in Fuerteventura and attends a gym in the UK. She also enjoys a lot of reading which is perfect for the when she gets to relax in the sun.
