NHS appointments are gold dust!
In a country with a national health service, we have been spoilt with access to free healthcare for many years. Unfortunately, accessing the nhs is becoming much more challenging due to limited availability of appointments, endless waiting lists and reduced staffing.
This has caused a lot of destress and you may be feeling concerned about accessing the care you need. You are not alone and we are here to support you. We can do this by assessing your symptoms and either treating the problem or contacting your GP to advise them of the care that you may need.
GPs are unable to prioritise your care if they are not able to see you. We can expedite this process by providing a detailed report to your Doctor. They can then refer you into the appropriate department. Whether that is to see a consultant, receive a scan, a blood test or other testing. This would skip the need for you to call up your GP practice each morning at 8am hoping their is an appointment available for you.
We can also help you learn to self manage your condition, so that you are not dependant on medication, repeat tests or surgery. So many conditions that are medicated can also be managed through the right lifestyle changes. Diabetes type 2 is one of those that can be managed through lifestyle change such as increasing you physical activity levels and changing your eating habits.
It will take a long time to get used to being independent with your health, however if you can master this, you will free from endless NhS waiting lists, lifelong medication, and invasive surgeries.
If you have any questions regarding the services we can offer, please get in touch as we are only a phone call away.
