What’s the point …? Christmas is nearly here, I’ll start in January. Is this a question you keep hearing yourself say?
My question to you is – How are you feeling about the run up to Christmas ? Are you ready to knuckle down now and start on your fitness journey?
Or…
Are you still having discussions with yourself about how you really need to get back to being more healthy!? – and you aren’t taking action?
Are you talking about the past and how good you felt when you were last “in the zone?”
Telling yourself business/kids/work has got in the way lately!?
Yes! It is busy! It’s busy for everyone this time of year …. But let’s look at what we CAN do!
What we CAN do to make ourselves feel better is start taking some control right?
Make that time to get some steps in. Whether its outside or simply making it happen round the house!
Clear 30 mins just 3 days a week to fit that workout in and get those endorphins running….
Start actually thinking about the choices we make each day with our food.
Follow a simple plan and cross each day off as you go. Take it day by day!
Get excited about actually “checking in” with your daily activities cause you are smashing your goals!
Knowing each day you can think “yes I’ve got this”.
If you have been saying the same things over and over again – accountability is what you need!!
Be accountable for your actions and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
